I could go on and on about Savannah & Ryan. Their wedding day at St. Francis at the Point in fairhope, Alabama was so beautiful, but not quite as beautiful as the heart that both of them have. I could photograph weddings like this one every week. Those big beautiful windows at St. Francis are to die for. What a PERFECT day.
Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Brooks

The most gorgeous day ever. It was such an honor to be a part in Jana & Kreg’s big day. You guys have no idea how hard it was to pick images that would briefly summarize their day as they are all just as sweet and beautiful as the next. Enjoy your honeymoon and cheers to a lifetime of love and laughter, Mr. & Mrs. Keiffer. laceyhopephotography.com

So um, WE’RE ENGAGED! Finally, after 4+ years, the love of my life got down on a knee, and asked me to marry him in front of our families. Our date is set, and wedding planning is in full swing.
I knew it was coming eventually, I just didn’t know when. Mj was off on a Sunday and I was home from school. We started our day with brunch and wound up in Belk where he got me TWO pairs of shoes (this should have tipped me off). He decided we would go have a picnic later that day, so we went home and took a nap. I was ready to go once we woke up, but he insisted that we stay to finish watching the Saints play. I actually started to get irritated because of course I didn’t know what was in store and all I new was I needed to head back to Hattiesburg at a decent hour.
Finally, we head out to grab some sandwhiches from Subway for our “picnic”. When we left subway he blindfolded me, so I couldn’tsee the special place we were going. He went the back way to Dauphin Island, so I wouldn’t be able to tell where we were headed. It seemed like forever and I almost got car sick because I couldn’t see anything. When we got to the beach he got me out of the car and I immediately heard the waves and could smell the salt in the air. He walked me out to a spot where he had a heart shaped out in rose petals. When I was FINALLY able to take off my blindfold, there was my family and his holding “Will You Marry Me?” signs. I was in shock. I was in shock because he finally asked me to marry him, but also because he got my whole family out to Dauphin Island on time without any of them spilling the secret. Of course I said YES! He had gotten the style ring that I wanted and I was just over the moon.
The very best day– the YES day.
